Interesting people who agreed to links.. sort of. Ibe has an interesting life, which sometimes resembles the Chinese curse. Jazz, The Foxy one! Smart and complicated. He's having a bad decade. Say something nice and you can too! Owns the place. Kiss his ass! And always interesting.
| December 12, 2007 - 5:18 p.m. Well its been a while. Because I forgot my password and also switched emails. Hell I forgot how many Sock puppet emails I really did have at one point. Rickeyrat2099... Well I don't have that one anymore. I had the great Yahoo disaster where I forgot to sign into a bunch of my sock puppet accounts, which I was using for long term on line storage. Oops. Good bye storage. Didn't lose too many unique things that way.. my ass. Anyway, to all of the non readers of this blog that hasn't been updated for over a year. I'm back. I'm just as angry. My last entry was about Rod and Todd and I could easily have written a few dozen more. I'll let history speak for me. Two dumber guys have never been running billion dollar corporations at the same time. Since I'm writing to no one, or if someone who was reading this does see it, please excuse the 'oh poor me' quality of this next paragraph or two. For over the last year I've been 'suffering' the 'Heartbreak of psoriasis'. How real that statement is. As I watch my body lose out one square inch at a time to essentially horrible looking crap. I'm steroided to the teeth with drugs which are not supposed to be used for extensive periods of time and I get high strength UVB twice a week. My cost for the drugs is only 100 bucks a month. The insurance company, on the other hand is paying maybe 2 grand a month. We're fighting a holding effort. In the summer we had it in retreat, I put that down to me going into my swimming pool and getting additional UV 'treatment' Now its starting to turn quite ugly again. Its a social pariah thing. I've had more people ask me, in the middle of business meetings what was up with my skin. Jesus Christ people can be ignorant. So... I'm ugly, don't feel all that well. And my wife is pushingme to take cancer drugs which 'MAY' work but also might kill my liver and leave me open to dying from the simplest infection. I don't know. I can live with ugly skin. See, that was very self indulgent. But what blog isn't? What's happened in the last year. My youngest graduated and is now working as a teacher in the Catholic School system, like her older sister. Both are overworked and hugely underpaid and have semi-regular part time gigs. When her meds are right she's chipper as hell and never shuts up. Yap yap yap. Another reason to never have a yorkie. That's about it. Work is good, I'm not so great, but I really don't have much of legit right to bitch. I could be Drew Peterson. Who has been vilified and convicted in the media for his wife's murder. Did he do it? When Stacy surfaces, hopefully still breathing, how many apologies do you think Drew will get? My problem is, the constitution sure gets ignored a lot lately. One final story. In Wisconsin a teacher was arrested for posting on a blog discussing teacher salaries that, in essence is a blog that bitches teachers are underworked and overpaid. This teacher posted up something that said, in essence, that the students who did the killing at columbine were heros and they did the job taking care of lazy overpaid teachers one bullet at a time. Anyway here's a random link to the story. I read it the old fashioned way, in an actual paper newspaper, the Chicago Tribune. http://www.techcrunch.com/2007/12/04/trolls-take-note-teacher-arrested-for-leaving-offensive-anonymous-comment-on-blog/ I am appalled at the conduct of the police and courts. Our consitution trampled because someone doesn't like another's viewpoint. I say let people make as big of a public ass of themselves as they wish. Wait until some judge decides that the constitution doesn't apply to the internet because it didn't exist before the constitution did. Don't think that possible. Watch some of the current court 'decisions' being made. It seems no branch of the government seems to know what their jobs are. Courts don't make laws, they enforce them. States don't get to decide if they want to enforce a federal law or not. Congress spends the money, they don't negotiate with foriegn governments (pay attention to this Ms Pelosi, you aren't running this country, just the House). The President... well, he sets policy and executes things, not just prisoners, but he does not spend one penny of money unless congress authorizes and he doesn't make laws he only signs them. Perhaps we need to make everyone in government take a class on the constitution because it seem clear to me that theyhave no clue over what they can and cannot do. OK, killed enough time. Invisible readers please email me at Maybe I'll try a picture again one of these days.
